Appointment Policies…

Consults are by appointment only, and include a one-time taste test of up to 4 flavors of cake or cheesecake/ torte for no charge. A variety of icings are available at the tasting & fillings if available. For the appointment choose the 4 cake flavors and Tamara will provide icings and fillings that are available on request onsite.

During Busy season appointment times may be limited. Please keep in mind that I meet with each couple individually for a design consult, which means that during prime wedding season (May- October) meetings are generally done on Monday’s and/or Tuesday’s. Weekend and Thursday/ Friday appointments are extremely tough during Wedding Season since I am working on wedding cakes those days, and I want every wedding cake to be my first priority. I appreciate understanding of this as I am sure you would love for me to be focusing on your cake 100% on your wedding week. I will do my best to fit in special requests if possible for out of area couples, etc.

When you come to the appointment feel free to just look, gather ideas, or bring ideas. When we sit down to meet, working together, my goal is to design a perfect cake based on your style. Each cake is designed per each clients request, and is custom for each and every couple, rarely do I do the same exact design twice, so please…. have fun, be inspired! For your appointment you may want to bring any color palette ideas, inspirations, photos of cakes you like, floral ideas, possibly gown design, whatever inspires you.
